Student Support Officer

MSc Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies by distance learning

Will is one of the Student Support Officers for the MSc Architecture: Advanced Enviromental and Energy Studies programme which runs by distance learning. Will has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc International Development, Bristol University.

In 2000, Will won the Scottish Software Federation Young Software Engineer of the Year and was a finalist in Millenium Science, Engineering and Technology Student of the Year. He worked as a Lead Programmer and Consultant in web design for Coalescence Ltd, Edinburgh, before moving to Tanzania to work as an IT trainer, a role facilitated by Voluntary Service Overseas through a US NGO, Jifunze.
